  • What should I be deciding about for my proposed shed.

    What is the shed going to be used for eg boat, caravan, storage, mancave or workshop. What length is the boat on the trailer with the motor? Height clearance out of roller doors? Mezzanine for storage. Our friendly team members are able to give advice.

  • Do I need Council Approval?

    Yes, all structures need to be council approved prior to commencement. We take care of all Building Permits and Applications with our Private Certifier for jobs we will be constructing.

  • Is there a certain size shed I can have on my block?

    Yes, Councils have rules and regulations regarding what you can build depending upon the zoning of your block.

  • Is there a Standard Shed?

    No, all sheds are Site Checked Wind Rated to your specific location. All sheds are custom designed to suit your needs.

  • Can I build over a Council Sewer line?

    In some cases and conditions, subject to exact location and depth of sewer line, engineered footings. But verification is always a must with Council.

  • Do you sell kits only?

    Yes, we supply all shed engineering, slab lay out with “U” brackets and instructions.

  • Can I have a Liveable Shed?

    We can only supply and install sheds (Class 10A). You will have to engage an engineer/draft person to upgrade to Liveable Shed (Class 1).
